  • Yes! Once we have decided which of our VA’s is best suited to you, we think it’s important that you ‘meet’ to fully get to know each other and expose us to your business.

    This can be done face-to-face or via video calls in the first instance and we recommend regular ongoing virtual meetings to keep in touch.

  • We are here to help you as soon as you are ready, so we can hit the ground running together! We are committed to delivering what you need, when you need it.

    We manage our diaries in line with priorities, so completion time will depend on the complexity and urgency of the task / project at hand.

    If your task / project is time sensitive, the deadline will be agreed before the work begins.

  • Being Virtual Assistants means technology is our friend! We use emails, telephone calls, Skype, FaceTime, MS Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, online messenger, screen-sharing and project management tools to communicate with our clients.

    We will adjust to your preferred style of communication and keep you updated on our progress and activity.

  • Yes! We can be flexible with our working hours.

    Most of our clients operate within standard business working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) but we understand that business doesn’t always stop there – we can offer support and activity outside of traditional timeframes if required and pre-agreed.

    Some of our VA’s work part-time around other commitments, which means they are usually available in the evening and over the weekend too!

  • In today’s technology-driven world, you might be surprised at just how seamlessly your VA can work with you on anything that you thought would require their physical presence. On the basis that our service is virtual and therefore remote, we would not routinely attend meetings in person, but we are more than happy to accommodate this if required.

  • We are ICO Members, GDPR compliant and have relevant business insurance in place for everyones security.

    Our Virtual Assistants have signed comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements, created by legal professionals, to protect your confidential information too.
