I’m Morelle – founder of GlowingCo.

My background has always been within office support roles, before starting my core career in executive search recruitment across London. The world changing during the Covid pandemic sparked my Virtual Assistance business idea and I’ve never looked back. I relocated back home to Bournemouth and my Virtual Assistant team has grown from strength to strength – we assist a wide range of business in various ways and we absolutely love making a difference and supporting our clients with whatever they need!

Hi, I’m Becca and I’m based in South London. I am an experienced Event Producer and Social Media Manager having worked in a variety of industries, including Media, Charity, Sport and Wellness. Some of my previous roles have included Talent liaison, content management, diary management, administration and travel support as well as leading on high profile events for ITV and the NHS. I love supporting businesses and lightening their workloads so that they can focus on the things they are passionate about, as well as being able to confidently lead on larger projects.


Hi I’m Beth, from Bournemouth, I specialise in Social Media Account Management and Marketing. My background is in Fashion and Business. I’ve worked with a diverse range of industries including interning for Victoria’s Secret e-commerce franchise. My skillset includes graphic design, copywriting, content creation, account management, paid ads and social media. As well as being a creative individual, the environment and peoples wellbeing are important matters to me, so I’d love to have the opportunity to work with more companies who are making a positive difference in the world!


Hi, I’m Megan and I’m based in London. With a background in the media industry, nutrition, fashion, modelling and sales, I am able to conduct myself professionally in any given situation. I have a wide range of skills that are transferable, no matter what industry, whilst always remaining highly organised, thinking ahead and enjoying embedding myself in the core of a business and helping to make a tangible difference.

I also have skills in marketing, customer service, social media, recruitment, HR and administration. I am fast learner and put 100% into any project I take on.
